Shipping & returns

Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Items are eligible for return if:

  • All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.
  • Items are received by Southern Belles no later than 14 days from the original shipment date.

If your item does not meet one or both of the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return your items as they will be rejected and shipped back at your expense. We suggest that you send your items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. 

Once we receive your items, they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. You can call our store at 843-881-1741 to use your store credit over the phone or in person. 

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (ie: size, style, color), contact us at southernbelleschildren2@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and provide a photo of the defect. NO EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE NOTE: Southern Belles reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time. 
Southern Belles is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. (We recommend you mail your return with a tracking number for your records).
 Any shipping fees associated with mailing back a return are the customer's responsibility. 
Any items received after the 14 day return window that do not fit our return policy guidelines will not be accepted and will be mailed back to you at your expense. 
Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
